Cookies may be made of sugar and spice, but don’t be
fooled… they are far from nice. Banished from scouting
organizations around the world for various forms of naughtiness,
the Tough Cookies have banded together to create their own
unique brand of mischief. As dictated by their oath of dishonor,
these gals excel in poor citizenship and unladylike conduct.
